how to start recovering from a scottish cold

have a friend: 
give you a large handful of vitamin c pills and multi-vitamins 
+
make you buy orange juice
+
impose a bedtime of 10:30 on you (and be upset to see you at the library at 8am, because i should "still be asleep recovering")
+
send other friends your way with fruit
= 
you start to feel a little healthier
